The static measurement accuracy of the video measuring machine can reach 1 μm, and the dynamic measurement accuracy is calculated according to the length of the measured workpiece. Its calculation formula is (3+L/200) μm, and L refers to the measured length.
2. Classification of video measuring machines
2.1 Classified according to the type of operation:
A. Manual type: manually move the workbench, it has a variety of data processing, display, input and output functions, when it is connected to the computer, the surveying graphics can be processed and output by using special measurement software.
B. Fully automatic type: The fully automatic video measuring machine is developed by Handing Optical for the high-precision and high-efficiency measurement market. It integrates the company’s years of design and manufacturing experience, and draws on and introduces a number of international advanced institutions. The design technology greatly reduces the Abbe error, improves the measurement accuracy, and effectively guarantees the stability of each axis. At the same time, the Japanese servo full-closed-loop control system is introduced, and the INS automatic measurement software developed by our company is adopted. It has the function of CNC programming, which can greatly improve the positioning accuracy and repeatability, and the measurement speed is fast.
2.2 Video measuring machines are classified by structure
A. Small video measuring machine: The range of the workbench is relatively small, suitable for size detection within 200mm.
B. Ordinary video measuring machine: the working table range is between 300mm-600mm.
C. Enhanced video measuring machine: On the basis of the ordinary type, the probe or laser can be selected to achieve a 2.5D measurement effect, and can detect height, flatness, etc.
D. Large-range video measuring machine: a large-range platform customized according to customer needs. Currently, Handing can manufacture video measuring machines with a measuring range of 2500*1500mm.
