How Instant Vision Measuring Machine Works

The instant vision measuring machine is a new type of image measuring technology. It is different from the traditional 2d video measuring machine in that it no longer needs a grating scale displacement sensor as an accuracy standard, nor does it need to use a large focal length lens to enlarge the product image to ensure measurement accuracy.

The instant vision measuring machine uses a telecentric lens with a large viewing angle and a large depth of field to reduce the outline image of the product several times or dozens of times, and then transmit it to the ultra-high pixel camera for digital processing, and then use the background drawing measurement software with powerful computing power. Complete the rapid capture of the product outline according to the pre-programmed instructions, and finally compare it with the ruler formed by the tiny pixel points of the high-pixel camera to calculate the product size, and complete the evaluation of the size tolerance at the same time.
