RU series linear grating scale is an incremental 20μm grating scale designed to provide feedback for high-precision linear measurement. It adopts advanced interference grating line marking technology, and the grating line error is controlled below 40nm. It uses high-strength, corrosion-resistant special materials. RX series incremental readheads are equipped with RH Optics advanced optical zero position sensor. Mechanical structure:
The exposed linear scale includes a steel tape scale and a reading head, which are non-contact. The steel tape grating scale of the open linear grating scale is directly fixed on the mounting surface, so the flatness of the mounting surface will affect the accuracy of the linear grating scale.
