    RU2 readhead built-in high speed AD circuit,can provide higher bandwidth,and more effective to reduce nois and segmentation errors,matched filter circuit to ensure low position noise and smooth speed control,the resolution up to 20nm.

    RU2 readhead is built with two Hall sensors to support the reference singal and limit signal.
